Use as much balm as you need on the areas you need it, scooping out what you require with a clean finger or spoon. As this is a long lasting lube you won’t need to reapply as often as water based ones.
Use for solo play, intercourse and oral as well as a massage oil or moisturiser. As an oil based lube it’s not ideal to use with silicone toys.
