Simply dig a little balm out of the jar with the back of your fingernail and rub it into your cracked heels and foot. It will warm up and spread as you apply.
For best results, on first use, soak your feet in warm water and then carefully scrape away what you can of the dead skin (with your fingernails or a pumice). Pat dry and then apply the balm.
Mumanu Cracked Heel Balm is ideal to use all over your feet, not just your heels. If your heels are very dry and sore, before you go to bed, apply a pea size amount to each foot and then cover with socks for the night.

This balm really moisturised the hard skin on my feet and the softness lasted for days.
The smell is so gorgeous, the cocoa butter and spearmint give the balm a delicate smell which is really pleasant and also adds to the foot pamper experience.
The balm feels really smooth when applied and soaks into my feet well, just as the tin says the balm melts on my skin so it’s easy to massage into my feet. I did wait before writing this review and I can say the balm has exceeded my expectations and moisturised my dry heels for days which has made them look much better. I love that it’s organic and fair trade, so I can feel even better about my purchase.
I don’t just put the balm on my heels, I use it on my whole foot, and why not. I’m really pleased with the results all over my feet and I now want to show them off now in strappy shoes and flipflops!
